Education & Learning
After-school learning centres, remedial classes and scholarship support helping children stay in school and catch up on lost learning.
The Problem: Many children in Kolkata drop out of school due to financial pressure or lack of academic support at home.
Our Approach: Free after-school centres staffed by trained facilitators, plus scholarships for high-potential students.
Impact: 1,200+ children supported, 92% improved attendance.
Women Empowerment
Skill-building, financial literacy and micro-enterprise support helping women build independent income streams.
The Problem: Limited access to skills training and capital keeps many women economically dependent.
Our Approach: Vocational training cohorts, self-help groups and small-loan facilitation.
Impact: 800+ women trained, 340+ micro-enterprises started.
Healthcare & Wellness
Mobile health camps, maternal care and nutrition support bringing basic healthcare to hard-to-reach communities.
The Problem: Remote communities often lack access to even basic health check-ups.
Our Approach: Monthly mobile health camps with doctors, nurses and free medicine distribution.
Impact: 4,000+ patients treated, 60+ camps conducted.
Child Development
Early childhood care, nutrition support and protection programmes for children under 6.
The Problem: Malnutrition and lack of early stimulation affect long-term development outcomes.
Our Approach: Community childcare centres offering nutrition, play-based learning and health monitoring.
Impact: 600+ children enrolled across 12 centres.
Community Development
Infrastructure, sanitation and local capacity-building initiatives led with community committees.
The Problem: Basic infrastructure gaps — water, sanitation, access roads — limit community wellbeing.
Our Approach: Co-funded infrastructure projects planned and maintained by local committees.
Impact: 18 infrastructure projects completed across 10 villages .
Environmental Awareness
Sustainability education and community-led environmental action, from tree plantation to waste management.
The Problem: Low awareness of sustainable practices contributes to local environmental degradation.
Our Approach: School programmes, plantation drives and waste-segregation training.
Impact: 15,000+ trees planted, 30+ schools engaged
